Men's Ministry (aka, Iron Men):
Did you have hopes as a kid of being Superman, Batman...or Iron Man?
I always wanted to be the hero—strong and courageous—the one others looked to for help. Sadly I was never able to outrun a speeding bullet or leap tall buildings in a single bound. In time I would realize my superhero dreams were never to come to fulfillment...or were they?
The Bible tells us in Proverbs 27:17: As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another(NIV). The more I reflect on this passage the more I realize that, while I might never be Superman, I could quite possibly become Iron Man! That is, a man who is sharpened and strengthened by the comaraderie of other Christian men. That kind of “hero” I could become, and so can you!
I want to invite you to join our men’s ministry for a time of sharpening and honing your skills as a man of God, a man your wife, children, or co-workers will respect and possibly even look to for strength and courage in times of need. Yes, you can become a “hero” of sorts! Will you accept the Challenge?

- Events held annually - Retreats @ Springhill (in May & October), Alpha Family Center Baby Shower, Women’s Banquet, Summer Bible Study and Women’s Christmas Party.
